1. Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how CloudSys LLC ("CloudSys," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies, local storage, and similar browser or device technologies on cloudsysllc.com. It explains what these technologies are, why we use them, how long they may remain on your device, what choices are available to you, and how our use of these technologies relates to our Privacy Policy.

CloudSys is a business-to-business technology consultancy focused on NetSuite, enterprise resource planning (ERP), optimization, managed support, custom development, automation, and artificial intelligence. Our website is designed primarily for business and professional users.

This Cookie Policy should be read together with the CloudSys Privacy Policy, which describes our broader collection and use of personal information.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to cookies and similar storage or access technologies used through cloudsysllc.com, including technologies used to remember your cookie preference, support website functionality, protect forms and the website AI assistant from automated abuse, and preserve limited browser state associated with a successful form submission.

This Policy does not describe cookies or storage technologies used by unrelated third-party websites that you choose to visit through external links. Those third parties control their own technologies and privacy practices.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

A cookie is a small text file that a website or service stores in a browser and can read later. Cookies can support functions such as security, remembering preferences, maintaining session state, or measuring website activity.

Websites can also use technologies that are not technically cookies but perform related functions. Examples include browser local storage, session storage, security tokens, pixels, scripts, software development kits, and other mechanisms that store information on or access information from a browser or device.

In this Policy, we sometimes use the term "cookies and similar technologies" as a convenient collective description. The legal treatment of a particular technology can depend on the jurisdiction, its purpose, and how it operates.

A first-party technology is set or controlled through the website domain you are visiting. A third-party technology is supplied or operated by another service provider. The fact that a technology is supplied by a third party does not by itself determine whether it is necessary, optional, analytical, or advertising-related; its actual purpose and operation matter.

4. Technologies CloudSys Currently Uses

CloudSys currently uses a limited set of technologies for consent preferences, website functionality, and security. The current implementation does not activate analytics, advertising, profiling, or social-media tracking technologies.

The CloudSys consent cookie stores only the value needed to remember your cookie choice. The form-submission local-storage value does not contain your name, email address, phone number, company name, or assessment message.

CloudSys does not use persistent browser storage to retain the content of website AI-assistant conversations. Refreshing the page discards the browser chat-session token, and the refreshed page cannot retrieve the previous conversation from browser storage.

5. Strictly Necessary Technologies

Strictly necessary technologies support functions that are required to operate, secure, or provide a feature that you request. They are not used by CloudSys for behavioral advertising or cross-site profiling.

CloudSys currently uses necessary technologies for the following purposes:

• remembering your cookie-consent choice;
• protecting the assessment form and AI assistant from automated abuse and fraud;
• supporting server-side security and rate-limiting controls; and
• remembering, for one hour, that an assessment form was successfully submitted so the form does not immediately reappear after refresh.

Because these technologies support security, consent management, or functionality you request, they may remain active even when you reject optional cookies. Where applicable law provides an exemption for technologies that are strictly necessary to provide a requested service or security function, CloudSys relies on that exemption rather than using the technology for unrelated purposes.

6. Functional and Preference Technologies

Functional and preference technologies can remember choices or support nonessential features. At present, CloudSys does not operate a separate set of optional preference or personalization cookies beyond the consent-management and short-lived form-functionality technologies described in this Policy.

If CloudSys later introduces optional functional or preference technologies, we will update this Policy and, where required, make them subject to the applicable cookie-choice controls before they are activated.

7. Analytics and Performance

CloudSys does not currently use website analytics or performance-tracking services that track visitors for audience measurement, behavioral analysis, session replay, cross-page profiling, or similar analytics purposes.

In particular, the current website architecture does not activate Google Analytics, advertising analytics, social-media analytics pixels, or comparable optional measurement technologies.

If CloudSys introduces analytics or performance technologies in the future, we will update this Policy before or when those technologies are deployed and will obtain consent where applicable law requires prior consent.

8. Advertising and Marketing

CloudSys does not currently use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, cross-site behavioral advertising technologies, or social-media tracking pixels on the website. We do not currently use cookies to build advertising profiles of website visitors or to follow visitors across unrelated websites for advertising purposes.

If CloudSys later introduces advertising or marketing technologies, those technologies will be separately disclosed and will be controlled through the applicable consent or opt-out mechanism before use where required by law.

9. Cloudflare Turnstile

CloudSys uses Cloudflare Turnstile as a security and fraud-prevention service. Turnstile is used before an assessment-form submission and before a visitor sends the first message through the CloudSys website AI assistant.

Turnstile helps determine whether an interaction is likely to come from a legitimate visitor rather than an automated bot or abusive system. The CloudSys server submits the Turnstile response token for server-side verification and may provide the visitor’s IP address as part of that verification.

Cloudflare may independently process technical and security information needed to provide Turnstile, such as IP address, browser or device characteristics, network or protocol information, security signals, and interaction information. Cloudflare may also use browser or device technologies needed to perform the verification process.

CloudSys classifies Turnstile as a necessary security technology. We do not use Turnstile as an advertising or audience-analytics tool.

10. Third-Party Technologies

Some website functions rely on service providers. A third party may receive information through a feature even when it does not place a conventional advertising or analytics cookie.

The providers above may process information under their own service terms and data-processing arrangements. Their involvement does not mean that CloudSys uses their services for advertising or behavioral analytics. Additional information about the processing of form submissions and AI-assistant messages appears in the CloudSys Privacy Policy.

11. Consent and Cookie Choices

When the cookie-choice interface is presented, CloudSys allows you to record whether you accept all available categories or prefer necessary technologies only. Your selection is stored in the first-party consent cookie so the website can remember your choice.

At present, CloudSys does not have optional analytics or advertising technologies to activate. Necessary technologies may operate regardless of an optional-cookie choice because they support security, consent management, or functionality requested by the visitor.

Where a future technology requires consent before use, CloudSys intends to configure the website so that the technology does not load until the required consent has been obtained. You may later withdraw or change a previously recorded optional-cookie choice through the cookie-preference controls made available on the website.

12. Accept All and Reject Optional

The cookie interface may offer choices such as "Accept All," "Reject Optional," "Customize," or similar controls.

Because CloudSys currently does not operate optional analytics, advertising, profiling, or social-tracking tools, choosing "Accept All" does not presently cause those technologies to begin tracking you. It primarily records your preference so the website can apply that choice if optional technologies covered by the preference center are introduced and enabled in the future.

Choosing "Reject Optional" records a necessary-only preference. Necessary security and functionality technologies described in this Policy can continue to operate.

CloudSys will update the Cookie Policy and cookie-preference information when the categories or technologies in active use materially change.

13. Managing Cookies in Your Browser

Most browsers allow you to review, block, or delete cookies and clear site storage through browser settings. The exact controls vary by browser and device.

Blocking or deleting all browser storage can affect website functions. For example, deleting the CloudSys consent cookie may cause the cookie-choice interface to appear again, and clearing the short-lived form-submission local-storage value may cause the assessment form to reappear after a refresh.

Browser controls operate independently of CloudSys’s own preference interface. If you block a necessary security technology, a protected feature such as form submission or the AI assistant may not work correctly.

14. Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser or device signal intended to communicate certain privacy opt-out preferences. CloudSys does not currently sell website personal information or use website cookies for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising, so a GPC signal does not presently change advertising-cookie behavior on the website.

If CloudSys later engages in processing for which applicable law requires recognition of GPC or another universal opt-out mechanism, CloudSys intends to recognize qualifying signals as required by applicable law and to update the relevant privacy and cookie disclosures.

15. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a Do Not Track (DNT) setting. There is no single universally adopted technical or legal standard that requires all websites to respond to DNT in the same way.

CloudSys does not currently use behavioral advertising or website analytics tracking, so enabling or disabling DNT does not presently change those forms of tracking on cloudsysllc.com.

16. Retention and Expiration

Different technologies remain available for different periods depending on their purpose. CloudSys currently applies the following browser-side periods:

Third-party security and infrastructure providers may apply their own technical retention periods to information processed in connection with their services. Broader retention of form submissions, server logs, AI-service information, and related business records is addressed in the CloudSys Privacy Policy rather than being represented as cookie retention.

17. Changes to This Cookie Policy

CloudSys may update this Cookie Policy when our website, technologies, service providers, legal obligations, or cookie practices change. When we make material changes, we will update the effective or last-updated date and provide additional notice or renewed consent where required by applicable law.

CloudSys intends to review and update this Policy before deploying materially new optional analytics, advertising, profiling, or tracking technologies.
